Before you can access the settings of the Control Centre in iOS 11, you need to tap on the Control Centre button on the main screen of the Settings app of your device. The control centre settings are quite bare-bones, including just two options in it. In the options, you can choose to be able to access the Control Centre within apps, or you can also dig deeper into other menus by using the Customize Controls button.

To check it, you can access the customisation of the Control centre toggles by following the steps below.

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap on “Control Centre” option.
  • Tap on Customize Controls.

On the Customize controls menu, a long list of optional toggles will appear. You can switch any of them on/off to appear in your customised Control Centre. The options are listed below.

  • Flashlight
  • Timer
  • Calculator
  • Camera
  • Low Power Mode

Looking at the list above, you will notice that the list is much longer than the Control Centre of previous iOS versions. Many of the toggles also include additional functionality via a 3D Touch. This even further enhances the functionality of the new iOS 11 Control Center. These options and their sub-options are too many for us to list here. However, these options are straightforward, and so you shouldn’t have any issues understanding them.
