By now we can say that everything concerning the Pixel 3 XL is known, both in terms of design and in terms of technical specifications. The only thing that has not yet been communicated, at least not officially, is the launch date (also unknown that of Pixel 3).
Many assumed that for the third consecutive year we would have seen a launch on October 4, but according to what Bloomberg claims it will not correspond to the officialization of the new device made by the Mountain View giant.
According to the Bloomberg report, in fact, Google intends to launch the new Pixel devices at an event to be held in New York on October 9th. The location also changes, since on previous occasions Pixel devices had been launched in San Francisco. Since the source is Bloomberg, the reliability of the news can be considered very high, even if Google has not confirmed anything yet.
According to the WinFuture website, we could also attend the introduction of not one, not two, but even three new Google Pixel smartwatches. Interestingly, all three devices will be launched soon after the release of the next Snapdragon Wear OS chip. In addition, the well-known leaker Evan Blass also leaked the possible introduction of an edition of Pixelbook 2018.
With the indiscretion regarding the launch date, we really know everything about the Google Pixel 3 XL, and we can not expect any further surprises from the Californian colossus. In the coming days some of the new Pixel 3 will certainly emerge, which should have the same characteristics as the Pixel 3 XL (at most some specs a little less lending, ed).
Among the next-generation Pixels, there should also be the mid-range model, which was previously identified with the codename “Bonito”. However, according to the latest “rumors”, his presentation should slip to next year.
