The Pixel 3 does not has a notch and it offers a similar screen size of 5.5-inch with impressive resolution as well. The one with a notch is the bigger model which is the Pixel 3 XL and it has a large screen size as well.

The iPhone XS features a dual rear camera configuration that consist of a wide-angle f/1.8 12-megapixel camera and a 2x zoomed telephoto camera of 12 megapixels. The main camera also features a special Smart HDR that will produce multiple pictures with highlights and shadows. On the front, you will get a front facing camera of 7-megapixel f/2.2 with an improve Face ID which Apple claim is now faster.
As for the Google Pixel 3, it has a single rear camera of 12-megapixel and a dual front camera of 8-megapixel for selfies.

As for the Google Pixel 3, you will also get the latest and most powerful chipset from Qualcomm. The Snapdragon 845 is still the latest around and with the help of 4GB it will perform extremely fast but can’t compete with the A12 Bionic chipset. In terms of memory, it has 64GB and 128GB. Other amazing features of the iPhone XS is the support for Dolby Vision and HDR10, 3D Touch and Face ID while the Google Pixel 3 a rear mounted fingerprint scanner with Face ID as an added security feature and it’s also powered by Android 9.1 Pie.

In terms of design, I will gladly choose the iPhone XS, but considering the price difference the Google Pixel 3 will make a budget buy. Looking at the camera department, it will be hard to choose a winner, but on paper, the iPhone XS will takes more accurate and detail photos on the main camera, while on the selfies, the Google Pixel 3 will beats the iPhone XS.
