The first images of the next beta version of Android P have just been published on a Google Photos gallery. Navigation by gestures is confirmed!
Google does not know how to keep its secrets. While the Google I / O was still in progress, a message posted on Google+ shows exclusive next Android P!
The screenshot tells us little about the new gestures of Android P, but the Home button would have a new feature similar to what we already see on the iPhone X. A shift to the top, we could visualize the different applications used. The other gestures listed on these screenshots are already available on Android Oreo.
It seems that Google wants to go even further than the Doze project. As a reminder, the latter exists since Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and consists of putting the applications to sleep in order to save the battery as much as possible.
On Android P, the Adaptive Battery Mode would limit battery usage for applications that are used infrequently.
A new option is introduced and prevents the phone from ringing during a call. To do this, press the On / Off button and the High volume simultaneously.
These few screenshots probably only show some of the new features of Android P. Do not hesitate to follow our live tweet in which you will discover the ads as you go!
