For those who still don’t know, the Harmony OS created by Huawei is a micro-kernel based open-source operating system. It supports a range of devices and is considered to be a way different from other Operating systems like Android and iOS. According to the company, Harmony OS is faster and safer than Android.

The Honor Vision smart TV will run on the company’s owned operating system i.e. Harmony OS and will come with a pop-up camera having AI camera capabilities.
The smart TV is equipped with a triple-chipset setup including Honghu 818 intelligent chipset, AI camera NPU chipset, and the flagship-level Wi-Fi chipset. These three SoCs will help in delivering better multitasking, Wi-Fi connectivity for non-stop video playbacks, face recognition capabilities, and higher image processing.
Honor Vision Specifications
The smart TV features a 55-inch 4K HDR Full-View display and the screen-to-body ratio percent is 94. The frame of the TV has been made using 6.9 mm metal. The smart TV will be available in two variants – 2GB RAM/16GB ROM and 2GB RAM/32GB ROM (Pro version).
In addition to the above, the smart TV supports TUV Rheinland Eye Confort Mode, Magic-link feature to use a smartphone or tablet as a remote control, Family Note feature which allows the user to transfer media files between the TV and the smartphone within seconds, HiLink open-source smart home connectivity and, NFC.
Honor Vision Pricing & Availability
The standard Honor Vision smart TV model will be priced at RMB 3,799 and the Pro one has been priced at RMB 4,799. As of now, the company has not made any announcement about the availability of the Honor Vision smart TV.
