The P30 Pro has 7nm process technology with a huge 8GB RAM, while the P20 Pro has 10nm process technology with 6GB of RAM. The P30 Pro inbuilt storage jumps to 512GB, while the P20 Pro stopped at 128GB. You can still expand their memory though. The P30 Pro runs on the latest Android 9.0 Pie, while the P20 Pro runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.
