The second generation of the iPhone SE is getting closer and closer to being announced to the world. With leaks that have already indicated its official name, the adoption of an important feature of the iPhone X and still no headphone jack, a staff of PhoneArena produced a mockup of what should be the iPhone SE (2018).
The images you’ll see below were photographs manipulated to provide visual support of what to expect from the new iPhone SE based on rumors of what has already been revealed.
The device is expected to re-feature a glass rear to adopt the wireless recharge beyond the NFC for payments with Apple Pay. The manufacturer is not expected to adopt two leading cameras, leaving this differential only for two of the new iPhones of 2018.
Among other leaks was the big question whether Apple would keep the entry for headphones or whether it would definitely extinguish it on all its smartphone lines. And it seems the second option is the most likely.
In more recent rumors we have seen that Apple has decreed his hatred of wired headphones and supreme worship of AirPods, the company’s wireless headphones. This could cause more people to buy the accessory.
The iPhone SE (2018) will adopt the highest iPhone screen score of the iPhone X and will also bring a notch, but rumors indicate that it will be significantly smaller than the celebrated model introduced in 2017 and still must have facial authentication, but no we know if it will be with the same high precision sensors of the iPhone X or if the device will only use the front camera to unlock the smartphone.
We also know thanks to the leaks that the second iPhone SE will feature the same size and design of the model presented two years ago: 123.8 x 59.6 x 7.6 mm thick, but now without the entry for headphones, without Touch ID and with a larger screen.
For fans of compact smartphones, this can be the definitive phone, since it should unite the larger screen and a compact body.
Apple is expected to introduce the iPhone SE (2018) during this year’s WWDC which takes place the first week of June. With the proximity of the event, it is expected that more news about what will be announced in the event be leaked in advance, so keep an eye on TecHLecToR not to lose any leak in the next few days!
