OnePlus is expected to officially announce the launch date of its upcoming devices (OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7). While we await the details from the launch, a new leak has surfaced and it shows the key camera specs on the rear of the OnePlus 7 Pro. According to the leak, the OnePlus 7 Pro sports an extra camera when compared to its sibling, the OnePlus 7 which means it has three rear cameras.
On the rear, the OnePlus 7 pro sport three cameras which include a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP f/2.4 telephoto lens with 3x zoom, and a 16MP f/2.2 ultra-wide lens. The details of the cameras were obtained from Twitter leakster, Max J. Note and he also revealed that a 5G version of the phone will be launched and it will be called OnePlus 7 Pro 5G.
Both the OnePlus 7 Pro and the OnePlus 7 should be powered by the Snapdragon 855 flagship processor. However, the OnePlus 7 Pro is expected to have a full-screen display which doesn't feature a notch. It will also feature a pop-up camera design for the selfie shooter. The Pro version is also said to support 90Hz refresh rate, making it an ideal smartphone for gaming.
In the past few years, OnePlus has often stuck to necessary features and additions to keep its flagship’s pricing affordable. However, with this set of new devices, OnePlus looks to take things to a higher level, joining the likes of big players like Samsung and Huawei. We still expect the Pro version to retail at lower prices than other flagships like the Huawei P30 or the Galaxy S10 but it should definitely cost more than its predecessors.
