Victim of various rumors and leaks, the Meizu 16s has finally been officialized today. It comes to the market with striking features and a unique design, with no thick edges and yet without the dreaded notch.
Screen & Features
Starting with its display, it has 6.2 inches. In addition, it includes Super AMOLED technology, ensuring image quality. It is worth noting that Meizu has partnered with Samsung to include a very interesting feature on the screen. For example, this feature can filter out 33% of blue light that is so damaging to the eyes.
Still ahead, we have a great relationship between the screen and body of 91.53%, which is impressive. At the top, the handset has a camera for 20 MP selfies with support for HDR + and portrait mode. In addition, the Meizu 16s comes equipped with stereo speakers, ensuring immersive audio in moments of relaxation.
Camera & Hardware
Turning to the back, the Meizu 16s includes a dual camera configuration with a Sony OIS 48MP f / 1.7 OIS main sensor with a Quad Bayer structure and a secondary 20MP f / 2.6 wide shooter.
Promising amazing shots at night, the device also features “Super Night Vision” mode. With it, the sensor can merge up to 8 photos into a single image to enhance photos taken in low light.
The respected flagship, the Meizu 16s features a Snapdragon 855 processor with 6 or 8GB of DDR4X RAM. In addition, it includes options with 128 and 265GB of native storage. To keep it all connected, Meizu added a 3600 mAh battery that can be charged quickly with the included 24W charger in the box.
