Redmi Note 8T Has Been Spotted on NCC;The Phone has NFC and 18W Charging Support

Redmi 8 series is going to get a new member very soon. The Redmi Note 8T has been recently allegedly spotted in an NCC listing confirming its existence. The NCC listing of Redmi Note 8T hints that the phone will be officially launched soon.

Surprisingly, the specifications of Redmi Note 8T is similar to that of recently launched Redmi Note 8 except NFC which is given in the new device. However, there is no confirmation regarding this from the maker.note-8t-ncc-listing showing nfc support

DealnTech was the first one to spot the Redmi Note 8T NCC listing. The NCC listing shows NFC support for Redmi Note 8T. The listing also reveals M1908C3XG model number and support 18W charging.Redmi-note-8t-ncc-listing model number

In the past, we have come across to the live images, retail box images, renders, and the price of the Redmi Note 8T getting leaked, but, the information sourced from those leaks was little. However, the information sticker on the leaked live image revealed some of the key specifications such as quad-camera setup with 48 MP primary sensor, 6.3-inch display with a dewdrop notch, corning gorilla glass protection provided at the front as well as at the back.

The Redmi Note 8T is suggested to come with 4000mAh battery and support 18W fast charging tech which has been now confirmed by the NCC listing. The phone will have a USB Type-C port and will feature NFC (seen on the live sticker) which has been now confirmed in the NCC listing.

As mentioned earlier, the specification of the Redmi Note 8T is rumoured to be same as that of Redmi Note 8 except for NFC support. So, the phone might be powered by Snapdragon 665 SoC. The popular tipster named Sudhanshu Ambhore tweeted that the phone will be available in three storage variants- 3GB RAM + 32GB storage, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage. He tweeted again and revealed the price of the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, which is EUR 199.
