Samsung is always quick to embrace new trends in the smartphone industry. After Huawei with its P20 Pro, even the Korean company has now decided to introduce its first smartphone with three rear cameras and the honor of this lies with the new Samsung Galaxy A7 2018.
Samsung Galaxy A7 2018: the first device of the triple camera that paves the way for the Galaxy S10
Announced today for the European and Asian markets, the new version of the Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 is always revealed to be a mid-range smartphone. The device is equipped with a 6-inch Super AMOLED display, an octa-core processor with a frequency of 2.2GHz accompanied by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of memory for internal storage.
The smartphone has a fingerprint reader in the back, is powered by a battery with a capacity of 3300mAh and has installed Android Oreo as a version of the green robot. But the news that is most interesting is obviously the three cameras on the back.
While in the front of the Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 will be possible to find a single camera with a resolution of 24mp, in the back cover there will be a triple camera configuration with vertical arrangement, consisting of a 24mp main lens with autofocus and f / 1.7 aperture, it can use the excess resolution to improve quality by combining four pixels in one in low light conditions.
Following is a depth lens with a resolution of 5mp and aperture f / 2.2, used to produce bokeh effects in Samsung’s Live Focus mode. The last is an Ultra-Wide lens for 8mpx wide-angle and aperture f / 2.4, in order to capture photos with a field of view of 120 degrees, similar to those present on LG devices.
A triple camera variant of the expected Samsung Galaxy S10 was also widely rumored, but the voices indicate a slightly different configuration, which will consist of a standard lens, a telephoto lens, and a wide angle lens.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 is, therefore, the first device in the house to pave the way for this new trend. At present, the prices of the new smartphone have not yet been announced, which will probably be disclosed shortly before the release.
