Samsung has announced a new event for next October 11th. The goal of the colossus of Seoul was probably to maintain a sort of aura of mystery on this presentation, but as often happens in these cases have already emerged numerous rumors that have practically raised the curtain on what will be unveiled.
In fact, it would be a new Galaxy smartphone, which should be launched with four cameras. The tipsters indicate that the four cameras do not include two cameras in the front and two cameras in the back: the rumor reveals that there will be four cameras in the back of the smartphone.
Samsung, as we said, did not reveal any details on this event: among other things, it is not usual that the South Korean company will program one in October.
Samsung Mobile has published a tweet with the words “4x fun” and confirmed an event for next October 11th. The smartphone company even announced that the event will be broadcast live on the Samsung website. A week ago the well-known “leaker” Ice Universe suggested that Samsung was about to launch a smartphone with four rear cameras by 2018.
Samsung should also launch its first folding smartphone this year, perhaps already by the month of November.
The mobile leader of Samsung, DJ Koh, on the sidelines of the IFA 2018 (the Berlin fair that took place from 31 August to 5 September, ed), announced that the phone could become reality already this November when Samsung will be held Developer Conference (SDC) in San Francisco. This is why it seems very likely that the October event will concern something else: an idea could be the new Galaxy A (2019) series, which is traditionally launched during the December-January timeline. This new series should have three cameras on the back and a fingerprint sensor integrated into the display.
Naturally, these are just indiscretions, to be taken with the springs. The Seoul colossus will announce all the details on October 11th.
