Recently, several consumers who have purchased the new Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus have exposed a problem that is present on the screen of the smartphones.

Most reports tell us that some parts of the screen simply do not work. In Plus version, it seems the question would be even bigger. Obviously the problem has a very negative impact on the usage experience as well as on upcoming sales.

Samsung makes pronouncement about problems on the screens of the new Galaxy.

Samsung, having been notified of the failure of its new phones, has come out publicly. Check out the company statement:

“At Samsung, customer satisfaction is key to our business and our goal is to deliver the best possible experience. We are looking at a limited number of reports of response problems on the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus touch screen. We are working with affected clients and investigating. “

Even with an official statement, the company did not provide a definitive solution to the issue. Even with the change of devices with defects, some of these users reported that the defect continues on the screen.

In this way, the defect is likely to be centered on the hardware of the device. As such, customers will have to wait a little longer to find out how Samsung will resolve the issue.

The Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus will be official in some American countries next Tuesday (March 27).

  1. A lot of tests need to be carried out before releasing a phone, is it that Samsung don’t do that? The rate Samsung released the Galaxy S9 series is some how fast after the release of Galaxy S8. They need to take their time and not to rush, so that errors like this won’t occur anymore.
