The arrival of cellular support in the Apple Watch Series 3 is a good sign for the future of Smartwatch. The watch seems to have the freedom to perform important functions without having to rely on the paired iPhone. However, there are still a few things you should do with your smartphone. For example, you should use your iPhone Watch application to set up not only a mobile plan but also to change or remove the existing provider package from your Apple Watch Series 3.
One thing to note is that your iPhone and Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) should use the same provider. If you change your service provider on the associated iPhone, you must remove the old service plan from your Apple Watch and register for a new plan.
