System76 is a tech company which makes powerful computers based on Linux OS. System76 has reported Softpedia that the company will launch a new Linux laptop on 8th August 2019. This is going to be the first-ever laptop launched by the company which will feature a 4K OLED display.
The name of the laptop is Adder WS. This laptop not only has an awesome 4K OLED display but also packed with excellent hardware specifications.

Though the company has not yet officially announced the Adder WS laptop, few specifications of this Linux laptop has been leaked out.
As mentioned earlier, the laptop will feature a 4K OLED display and the screen size is still not known. It will be powered by either a 9th generation Intel Core i-79750H or i-99980HK processor, along with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 GPU.
The laptop will be equipped with 64GB of RAM and up to 8TB of internal storage. It is expected to run on either Ubuntu 18.04 LTS or Pop!_OS 19.04 operating system. Pop!_OS has been developed by System76 itself.
Moving on to the connectivity, the laptop will offer three USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, Thunderbolt 3 port via USB-C 3.1 Gen 2, three video ports including HDMI, DisplayPort via 1.3 USB-C Gen 2, and mini DisplayPort 1.3, 2-in-1 audio jacks, and an SD card reader.
It is also suggested that the laptop will be equipped with enhanced cooling capabilities and is considered to be best for programmers, researchers, and content writers. We are still unaware of the pricing details of this Linux laptop. You need to wait until 5th August, when the company will officially make the announcement about the laptop.
