GFXBench (formerly known as GLBenchmark and DXBenchmark) have released some of the basic components that will constitute the upcoming Tecno Phantom 7 smartphone. A few of the Tecno Phantom 7 specs have previously been speculated by TechLector in this article where we forecasted that the upcoming flagship device from Tecno Mobile would come with 4GB RAM, 128GB of in-built storage, Helio X25 processor, a 5.95-inch AMOLED display, and 4,000mAh worth of battery capacity.

Interestingly, to show out good and top-notch our forecasting game is, the details released by Gfx benchmark validates some of our speculated features. We deserve some resounding applaud, don’t we?

As it can be seen in the image above, the Tecno Phantom 7 will come out of the box with the latest Android Nougat v7.0, 32GB internal storage (of which only 23GB will be accessible), 4GB (3.8GB available)RAM, an Octa-core processor with an amazing 2.3GHz speed and an ARM Mali-T880 Graphics Processing Unit. The Tecno Phantom 7 is about to blow our minds with SPEED!!! Isn’t that every smartphone user dream?!??

As for the camera, a primary 12MP sensor with LED flash and features like autofocus, face detection and HDR is on the rear. A 5MP camera that takes will supposedly take high quality selfies and video calls is expected.

The chip utilized on the upcoming 6-inch Phantom 7 smartphone, according to GFXBench, is made by MediaTek and is of MT6757 version.

GFXBench offers easy-to-use, in-depth analysis that generate relevant workloads and measurement targets on different graphic and computation performance aspects of various tablets and smartphones.

The Tecno Phantom 7 is expected to be launched by the company in November 2017 and should be up for sale come December 2017. The price of the upcoming flagship is expected to be in the range of N130,000 to N180,000.
