Every year, China’s major mid-year shopping festival holds on June 18. Many smartphone companies in China take advantage of this festival by giving massive discounts on their smartphones. Some companies also use the festival as a launch event to launch new variants of smartphones. Vivo, a Chinese tech company, has announced that pre-sales of a new color variant of the Vivo X27 called Symphony Summer will begin on June 18. The company also posted some pictures of the new color variant of the device.
From the photos, it can be seen that the Vivo X27 Symphony Summer features a rear design which appears light blue at the center. The color then appears to be whitish pink towards the edges to the left and right. We do not have any information yet on how much the devices will cost. There is a chance the variant will cost the same as the others.
The Vivo X27 comes with a fingerprint sensor embedded beneath its 6.39-inch AMOLED display. It features a notch-less display which offers full HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.
Vivo launched the Vivo X27 in two processor variants in China. The first variant comes with a Snapdragon 675 processor supported with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The second variant comes with a Snapdragon 710 chipset supported with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of native storage. We do not know yet whether the X27 Symphony Summer will be available in both or either those CPU models.
The Vivo X27 comes with a triple camera setup on its rear which includes a 48 MP camera, a 13 MP lens and a 5 MP sensor. The phone also has a pop-up camera of a 16-megapixel camera on the top for shooting selfies. It also packs a 4000 mAh battery which supports 22.5W rapid charging via USB-C.
