Design

Xtouch X10

A combination of Metal and Plastic here, the Xtouch X10 exudes class and style. Definitely one of the good looking budget smartphones you’ll ever come across. From afar, it looks like it sports the iPhone X-like dual shooters, but that’s just a single camera with a dual-LED flash underneath.

The Xtouch logo is in its usual position, same with the fingerprint scanner. Furthermore, this is a big upgrade from Xtouch in terms of design. The smartphone measures 8.4mm in thickness and weighs 170g overall. The device was launched in black, no words yet if other colors would be rolled out as well.

Display

Xtouch X10

Comes with a lot of reduction in bezels and dishes out a full view display as well. The screen could have gotten to the extreme end of the bottom if they really wanted it to, since it has no home or navigation buttons. Nonetheless, the screen stretches up to 77.06% screen to body ratio.

The top bezel houses the usual features, like the selfie camera, speaker grille and the rest. Moving further, the 5.8-inch HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen has a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. The screen displays nicely and brings out all the details as well, with a pixel per inch density of 277.58.

Hardware and Software

The Xtouch X10 houses the MediaTek MT6737H chip with Quad-core processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The 4-cores of processor on the device could only reach a speed of 1.3GHz and has a 28nm process technology. The ARM Mali-T720 MP2 graphics processor is in charge of graphics and clocks at 550MHz.

There’s a standard 2GB RAM space here with a memory speed of 640MHz for multitasking. In terms of storage space, a standard 16GB is available as well, you can upgrade up to 128GB with a memory card. The X10 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.

Camera

The 13MP rear shooter on the Xtouch X10 shouldn’t be underestimated, even though it didn’t make our list of best smartphone cameras in the world, it captures 4k resolution images. The camera comes with a dual-LED flash underneath and lots of features within to take photographs with 4163 x 3122 pixels in dimension. HD videos of 1080 pixels can be recorded at 30 frames per second, while the 8MP selfie shooter has f/2.4 aperture for cute selfies.

Battery

Powering the Xtouch X10 is a 4000mAh non-removable Li-Po battery with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take more than 2-3 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.

  1. Nice Phone and budget-friendly too. How do a make an order or where do i get to buy the phone in FCT, Abuja?
How do i become a partner?

  2. Before you consider buying a budget phone, you should know that it will not be as sophisticated and extra fast in performance as compared to flagship premium phones. However, these budget phones try to give somewhat similar features but not at the ultimate performance to flagship phones.
